MARKETING COORDINATOR

Sophie Ganiban is the Marketing Coordinator at Darlington Marketing and the newest addition to our team.

Sophie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Public Relations, and Media Design (APRD) and a minor in Creative Technology and Design. While in school, Sophie wanted to find a career that would allow her to build on her strengths in math and problem-solving with her passion for art and the desire to express herself creatively - she discovered marketing and advertising.

After graduating from the University of Colorado, Sophie worked for a print distribution company where she created marketing and promotional kits for Fortune 100 companies. Gaining experience in direct marketing, Sophie wanted to continue expanding her knowledge and skill set in the marketing field and began working for a Digital Marketing agency specializing in healthcare facilities across the country.

On the side, Sophie also does freelance photography work, where she enjoys capturing the raw emotions of special events and candid portraits. As an entrepreneur herself, Sophie is excited to help small and emerging businesses find success and achieve their goals.

Born and raised in Maryland, Sophie always dreamt of moving to a town by the ocean and now lives in Pacific Beach. In her free time, Sophie enjoys taking her dog to the beach, listening to live music, and trying different restaurants around Southern California.
